Abhivyakthi is a sanskrit word which means articulation. The Abhivyakthi was established in 2020 in Mysore with an objective to promote and carry forward the vibrant cultural heritage of Mysuru.
The centre has envisioned to groom new passionate students to attain excellence in Bharatanātya and also to guide them to relish and appreciate the beauty of dance. Abhivyakthi follows the reputed dance style of Kalakshetra.
Since the knowledge of music is also important for a dancer, a music class is held once a month for all the students. In a very short time, more than 50 students have enrolled with Abhivyakthi, which includes students both in India and abroad.

ಎರಡು ಸಾವಿರದ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತನೇ ಇಸವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭಿವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಕೇಂದ್ರವು ಮೈಸೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಗೊಂಡಿತು. ಮೈಸೂರಿನ ಶ್ರೀಮಂತ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಪರಂಪರೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿನ ತಲೆಮಾರಿಗೆ ಪರಿಚಯಿಸುವುದು ಅಭಿವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಭಿವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯು ಭರತನಾಟ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಲವಿರುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ತರಬೇತಿ ನೀಡಿ ಅವರು ಸಮರ್ಥ ನರ್ತಕಿ/ನರ್ತಕ ನನ್ನಾಗಿ ರೂಪಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಈ ಇಡೀ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯು ತನ್ನದೇ ಆದ ಒಂದು ಗಟ್ಟಿಯಾದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವವನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಮಗ್ರವಾದ ನೆರವನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.
ಅಭಿವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯು ಬೋಧನೆಗೆ ತನ್ನದೇ ಆದ ಹಲವು ವಿಶಿಷ್ಟವಾದ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು ಪ್ರತಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯು ಕಲೆಯನ್ನು ಆಸ್ವಾದಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಲು ಸಮರ್ಥರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.
ಅಭಿವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕಲಾಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಶೈಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭರತನಾಟ್ಯವನ್ನು ಕಲಿಯುವರು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯ ಮನೋಭಾವ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವನ್ನು ಅವಲಂಬಿಸಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ವೈಯುಕ್ತಿಕ ಕಲಿಕಾ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಿ ಪಾಲಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
ಅಭಿವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯು ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ನೃತ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕೆಲವು ನೃತ್ಯ ಶಿಬಿರವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೇರಣೆ ನೀಡಲು ಆಗ್ಗಿಂದಾಗ್ಗೆ ಹಿರಿಯ ಕಲಾವಿದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂವಾದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ನೃತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಗೀತವು ತಳಹದಿಯಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನುರಿತ ಸಂಗೀತಗಾರರಿಂದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಂಗೀತದ ತರಗತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಹ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.
Abhivyakthi - Articulate oneself
Abhivyakthi conducts physical Bharatanātya classes in Mysore and online classes for distant students. It also conducts individual classes based on the requirement and enthusiasm of the student. It also conducts biannual dance workshops, residential camps and provides an opportunity to students to interact with senior artists.
